These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PatternMastery websites (patternmastery.com and patternmastery.pro) and services operated by PatternMastery ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Accounts

To access Pro features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

2. Subscriptions and Pre-Orders

Pre-Orders: Pre-order subscriptions grant access to all Pro features upon launch (April 15, 2026). Pre-order pricing is locked at the rate at the time of purchase for the duration of your subscription.

Recurring Billing: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly) unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days before any price increase takes effect on their next billing cycle.

3. Free Content

Certain content and tools on PatternMastery are available for free without an account. We may change the scope of free offerings at any time, though we will not remove access to features you were previously using without reasonable notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share, distribute, or resell your Pro account access
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download content from our platform
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our services
• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts

5. Intellectual Property

All content on PatternMastery — including problem sets, video solutions, course materials, the BASIC Framework methodology, roadmaps, and design — is owned by PatternMastery and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may use our content for personal educational purposes only.

6. Third-Party Links

Our services contain links to third-party websites (e.g., LeetCode for problem solving). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party sites.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will lead to any specific outcome, including employment at any particular company.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PatternMastery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

9. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused portions of a billing period.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable federal and state laws.
